Every week, I make a gigantic batch of sticky chicken (10 pieces for myself) and 2-3 veggie side dishes. Each meal then follows the same (predictable but delicious!) formula:
1 Meal = Sticky Chicken + Veggie Sides (x2-3) + Fresh Salad

For the fresh salad, I usually use:
- lettuce (green leaf, or red Boston)
- arugula
- avocado
- tomatoes
- cucumber
- sweet peppers (red or yellow)
Occasionally, I add a scoop of ricotta cheese, a few fresh dates, or sugar snap peas.
